Gurney Plaza Sucks

Went to Gurney plaza yesterday because Izza mengidam Chilis. Before Queensbay Mall was in operation, we used to hang out, spoil our tummy, “cuci” mata, in other words melepaskan rindu kami dengan malls in KL. Yesterday’s trip was the first after a year plus tak pergi. They have a new a wing now, more shops, more parking space, more crowds, yada yada yada..

Have you been to their Surau? It’s at the parking space, 5th floor. Dari dulu sampai sekarang sama je..sama teruk..it smells, dark, it gives us this rowdy feeling, worst it doesn’t have an abulation area for women. So jadi macam toilet Ally Mcbeal. I just hate places yang tak ikhlas nak buat Surau. You have this multi-million shopping centre with classy and expensive tenants tapi simple, proper surau tak boleh nak buat! Why? Nak kena tunggu bayar nak sembahyang baru nak buat elok-elok ke? Or you don’t give a damn because yang menggunakan tu hanya orang-orang “miskin”? Just for your info, the rich Arabs who’ve contributed a lot to your pockets are also using the place you called Surau. If the Pavilion in KL can, why can’t you??

Just and just because of that, Gurney Plaza Sucks. I rather spend my money yang sedikit ni some where else yang lebih ikhlas.
